Location: Sexual Assault Crisis Center-Fox Cities, Inc., and will require some travel within Outagamie and Calumet Counties
Reports To: Executive Director

Position Description

This is a part-time 20 hours/week, temporary position. The start date is May 15, 2017, and anticipated end date is October 6, 2017.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Completes assessments and determines the needs of clients….
  • Provides individual, couple, group and family therapy….
  • Consults with and provides clinical consultation to other professional staff….
  • Provides crisis intervention, assessment and crisis management services….
  • Confers with other agencies or institutions serving clients to monitor and coordinate services.

Individual and Family Therapist - CHAPS

CHAPS Academy is seeking a full-time licensed professional counselor to primarily serve clients at our office located in Kaukauna, with some work in the Shiocton clinic. Candidates will be creative therapists who are interested in working as part of a close knit team. This position does not require the candidate to offer be familiar with equine assisted therapy techniques, training will be provided. Some occasional travel to main office in Shiocton will be required. CHAPS is a fully licensed non-profit mental health clinic serving children, adolescents, families, and adults with an emphasis on suicide prevention and intervention and specializing in equine assisted therapy.
