Three-session series (two hours each session) offering those affected by mental illness an opportunity to think about the upsides and downsides of talking about their experiences with mental health challenges in daily life settings (friendships, workplaces, school, etc.). Participants will learn ways to talk about themselves that have worked for others who live with mental health challenges. The program will empower participants to make their own best decisions about disclosure.
